Dear Valued Customer, Cataldos is are independently owned and operated with two locations to serve you. Unlike most of our competitors we do not use dough sheeters or presses. Nor do we use conveyor belt ovens. We use brick ovens. Our dough is made fresh daily and we only use premium ingredients. At Cataldos Pizza we prefer to do things The Old Fashioned Way
Each of our
New York Style pizzas and calzones are hand-tossed/crafted and
baked in brick ovens. Every pizza and calzone must be rotated
during the cooking process. You may experience longer service times,
but our products are Well Worth the Wait.
Also do to our larger ovens, we can cook larger size pizza's such as
our Giant 30 Inch Pizza
